Weston Turville is a historic village and civil parish in the Vale of Aylesbury in Buckinghamshire, England. The village is at the foot of the Chiltern Hills, 3 miles from the market town of Wendover and 3.5 miles from Aylesbury
Opened in 1797, Weston Turville Reservoir was built to compensate local millers for the loss of water diverted from their mills to the Wendover Arm of the Grand Union canal. Over the years, many wetland plants have grown around the edges of the reservoir and the area is now a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI).
